What format is the file which iPhoto has found the face? It has no such capability with video.
There are two different format: .AVI and .MPEJG
It was movies take with "old" camera (about 2010)
Do these movies actually play?
Yes, perfectly! I have no problem to watch theses movies.
Try the following:
1 - export one each of the .avi and .MPEG videos to the Desktop as "Unmodified Originals".
2 - verify that they play as expected with Quicktime Player.
3 - delete the two movie files from the Photos library.
4 - import the the two files from the Desktop and check to see if Faces is activated on them.
Dear Old Toad,
So, it's working but:
- The date of the video is changed so it's a little problem.
- You can only delete movies from each event. In fact, I have made a smart album with all pictures without name and I can not delete movies from there but it's ok.
If you have a solution to keep EXIF from movies (no changes of date), It will be perfect!
Thank you very much!

You can if you use the Option+Command+Delete key combination.
